The Company:  Pacific Western Sales is a limited company based in Surrey, British Columbia.  We are a well established company with 26 years of industry experience.  Our company is part of the community; we are members of the PPPC (The Promotional Products Professionals of Canada), the Canadian Professional Sales Association and the International Special Events Society.  We have one main facility that houses our office, showroom and warehouse to guarantee a streamlined, quality service.

The Market: Our marketplace is broad.  We have extensive experience dealing with both remote and local clientele to their satisfaction. (We have customers based in Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories, and Toronto, as well as Vancouver Island).  We can work with any size of company with orders of 1000’s to an individual wanting to purchase a dozen personalized t-shirts.  Technology has permitted us to become highly reactive to customer requests.  Our customer service department can draft virtual samples and send them off to the requisitioner usually within the same day.   

Shipment of Goods:  We have the capability of performing a direct ship from the manufacturer on both sample goods and full orders reducing time and shipping costs to the end user.  Once the order is processed, we fax back a confirmation detailing lead time for delivery and ship directly to the end user. 

The Customer is Number One:  We at Pacific Western Sales pride ourselves on responsiveness and professionalism.  We guarantee a complete response to your customer inquiry within one business day…often within hours depending on the inquiry.  Due to the high volume of products ordered in the past, we have a network of importers who are willing to work on our behalf to source and import products directly in order to offer you, the customer, and the best value for your dollar.  At the same time, we are sensitive to nationalistic commitments and can source many requested products from Canadian suppliers.

We guarantee responsiveness:  We will respond to any inquiries you may have within one business day, often sooner if the question is not product specific. All products come with a guarantee and every job comes with a paper proof to sign off on; if you are not happy with the quality of the product, we are not happy and we will work with you until you are satisfied with your order.  Wherever possible, we will send you a virtual sample outlining what the end product will look like.  We would be pleased to forward samples for further perusal before an order needs to be placed.

Pacific Western Sales has a wide array of printed material available and would be willing to offer interested parties a binder of catalogues tailored to suit your needs.  In addition, we would send links to the manufacturers’ site as well as to Promocan, our electronic catalogue.  This site is product specific as well as supplier specific to ensure you can find what you are looking for while detailing dimensions, imprinting requirements and color availability of most products. We require payment of invoices 30 days from receipt of invoice.
